There are two parts to this assignment and two separate documents that must be uploaded to complete it:1. Executive Summary (Word document)This document should be at least 3 full pages excluding the title page or references and should no longer than 5 pages. It should be in Times New Roman, 12 point font with 1-inch margins, with double spaced and written in APA format.The section of the executive should include:System Profile – This should be an overview of what system you are working in – whether that be a high school, an early learning program or a state system. You are basically providing the context in which your budget is set.
Overview of Plan – Discuss the need or practice shift you plan to implement. Here you are essentially summarizing what you put in Assignment #3.
Overview of Elimination – Again, you will reiterate what you put together in Assignment #5 as to what you will eliminate.
Budget Justification – Describe the Excel you have uploaded in paragraph form.
Discussion – Here you should look back over what you have learned in the class and how you applied it in this exercise. You should reference some of the material in class.
Conclusion – Bring it all together.
